Triathlon is comprised of three sports; swimming,
bicycling, and running. The common misconception is that an athlete can train in each sport individually, and then put the
combined effort together in a race. It must be understood that triathlon is one sport in itself and therefore, must be approached
as such. Only when your approach to the sport follows this philosophy, will you be able to fully excel in triathlon. Most
importantly, triathlon is a lifestyle choice. Fitness becomes a way of life and your body feels more fit, more alive, and
more youthful.
