Personal Coaching Program : What You Get !

1.

Personalized Training Program:                                     Yes (Un-Limited Changes)

Custom Tailored to Your Schedule I will create a program based on the amount of time you have to train, your goals, and your race schedule. In addition, we will structure each workout in a time period that best suits your needs. You fill out a detailed questionnaire and from this we provide you with an ideal schedule.

Heart Rate Testing:                                                              Yes (Un-Limited)

It is not only important to develop the aerobic and anaerobic systems as much as possible, but these systems also have to be well balanced to produce optimal performance. Having individualized heart rate training zones will allow an athlete to train in the correct zones all the time..

3.

Bike Fitting:                                                                          Yes (Un-Limited)

You will be fitted on your bicycle in the most aerodynamic position without compromising power and comfort.

4.

Run, Bike, and Swim Biomechanical Analysis:                 Yes (Un-Limited)

Running, swimming, and cycling will be recorded on videotape and analyzed. We will view the footage together and point out strengths and flaws in your technique. There is nothing like actually seeing yourself in motion to improve your form.

 

 

 

5.

Phone Consultation:                                                              Yes (Un-Limited)

Contact with your coaches is essential to a successful training plan.  A Coach will help answer questions and set goals (Athletes responsibility to make call).

Coaching Programs

TriCoach will allow you to obtain your fitness goals in the most efficient manner possible. Our programs will enable you to maximize your training time and minimize your guesswork. Our USAT certified coaches will design a custom-tailored training program that will fit your individual schedule. We do this with the understanding that most athletes have careers, attend school, and/or have family responsibilities that must be balanced. Our specialties vary from working with the beginning triathlete to coaching elite level athletes for ironman races. Whatever your ability, we will assist you in performing at the highest level in the context of your life. Achieving your goal is our goal.

As an endurance athlete, you cannot cheat by taking shortcuts and cramming your training into the week before an event. It is our responsibility to motivate you through each workout and set goals for you to reach.  Our coaches at TriCoach pride ourselves on keeping you fit to train and race. We understand how easy it can be to overtrain and burn out, or worse, injure yourself. Whether you are just getting back into shape, just starting out, or looking for more direction, we keep an objective view of your training program, assuring you an improved season through organized coaching.

Triathlon is comprised of three sports; swimming, bicycling, and running. The common misconception is that an athlete can train in each sport individually, and then put the combined effort together in a race. It must be understood that triathlon is one sport in itself and therefore, must be approached as such. Only when your approach to the sport follows this philosophy, will you be able to fully excel in triathlon. Most importantly, triathlon is a lifestyle choice. Fitness becomes a way of life and your body feels more fit, more alive, and more youthful.
